Palak Seeds

Palak is a good source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as iron and folate.   To grow palak, start by planting the seeds in well-drained soil in a sunny location. The seeds should be planted about 1 inch deep and 12 inches apart. Water the seeds regularly, and they will germinate in about 7-10 days. Once the seedlings have emerged, thin them out so that there is only one plant per pot.   Palak can be harvested about 45 days after planting. To harvest the leaves, simply cut them off at the base of the plant. Palak can be eaten fresh, cooked, or frozen for later use.   Palak is a versatile and nutritious vegetable that is easy to grow. It is a great addition to any garden, and it can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes.
